One Case Report of the Hamartoma in the Stomach

Abstract
|

|
Hamartomas is the very rare congenital tumor.
A few Cases of hamartoma in the gastro intestinal tract was reported.
We have experienced one case of hamartoma in the stomach.
The patient had been suffered from peptic ulcer-like symptoms and the operative findings revealed
small induration (0.7X0.3cm.) with central ulceration near the pylorus in the stomach.
The final pathological diagnosis was hamartoma which was consisted of prolifereted Brunner´s gland,
goblet cells and the ramification of the smooth muscle fibers.
